7.5 No Implied Affiliation with Third-Party Sources

The Service generates content, including summaries and scores, by transforming and analyzing data from various third-party sources, such as video interviews, articles, and tweets. The use of such data does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or relationship with the original sources of the data.

7.6 DMCA Notice Procedure

To report copyright infringement, send a DMCA notice to support@betvives.ai including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and (6) your physical or electronic signature.

8.1 Accuracy

The summaries and scores generated by the Service are based on automated analysis and may not capture the full context or nuances of the original content. They may not be entirely accurate or reliable.

8.2 Non-Reliance

Users should not rely solely on the summaries and scores provided by the Service for critical decisions, such as financial trading, market speculation, or sports gambling.

Games like "LineCrush - Unmasked" use publicly available quotes and bio data from real athletes to create an interactive guessing experience. All visual representations are original, stylized caricatures. LineCrush does not imply endorsement by any individual or organization represented. These features are for entertainment and educational purposes only.

21.3 Athlete Identity and Use Disclaimer

Our platform occasionally displays stylized caricature artwork and factual biographical data related to professional athletes. These caricatures are transformative and not intended to represent official likenesses. We do not claim endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship from any athletes, teams, leagues, or media entities mentioned or depicted.

21.4 Fair Use
